You will work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and collaborate with our HR team to streamline our recruitment processes. With 5+ years of experience in recruitment, you will bring a strategic approach to talent acquisition, utilizing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding.
• Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure high-quality hires.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with business goals.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other ATS to streamline recruitment processes.
• Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the needs of the role.
• Source and screen candidates, conducting interviews and assessments to identify the best fit for the role.
• Coordinate with the HR team to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successful hires.
• Strong communication skills in both English and local languages.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other ATS.
• Certification in recruitment or HR management is a plus.
• Understanding of the nickel mining industry and its specific hiring needs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
