In this high-impact role, you will partner with executives to align business strategies with organizational goals, leveraging tools like Jira and Confluence to streamline processes. With a proven track record of leading successful transformations, you'll be based in Bali but required to be onsite once a week to collaborate closely with our team.

As a Business Transformation Lead, you'll be responsible for leading our transformation initiatives. You'll work closely with our executives to understand their needs and develop strategies that will help us achieve our business objectives. You'll use your expertise in project management and change management to ensure that our transformation efforts are successful. You'll also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the progress of our transformation initiatives, providing regular updates to our executives and stakeholders.

• Lead and manage business transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
• Collaborate with executives to develop and implement strategic plans, leveraging tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Streamline processes and improve efficiency through the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
• Monitor and report on the progress of transformation initiatives, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring successful project delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business transformation.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, helping them to develop their skills and capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in project management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business transformation, project management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading successful transformation initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.
• Experience with change management methodologies and frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) are a plus.
