📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store operations to ensure smooth daily activities.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocks.,Assist in the organization and presentation of merchandise to enhance the shopping experience.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.,Assist in the preparation and execution of promotional events and sales.,Support the Store Operator in training and developing junior staff.,Assist in the preparation of reports and data for management review.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year experience in retail operations or a related field.,Proven ability to manage inventory and ensure stock accuracy.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and customer expectations.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
