📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking dishes
• Ensuring that all dishes are cooked to the correct temperature and served at the right time
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
• Following all health and safety regulations
• Assisting with inventory management and ordering of ingredients
• Learning and implementing new recipes and techniques
• Assisting with staff training and development
• Ensuring that all dishes are presented to the highest standard

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Demi Chef or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Good English language skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Passionate about food and committed to providing exceptional dining experiences
• Willingness to learn and grow in the culinary industry
