Junior HR Generalist

MERIDIAN Pratama is seeking a motivated Junior HR Generalist to join our team in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or professionals with limited HR experience to develop their skills in a dynamic and growing company.

As a Junior HR Generalist, you will be responsible for assisting in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. You will work closely with the HR Manager and other team members to support the company's HR objectives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Support the HR Manager in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry and document management.
• Assist in resolving employee concerns and maintaining a positive work environment.
• Conduct basic HR analytics and reporting.
• Participate in team meetings and projects as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 0-2 years of HR experience (internships or part-time positions are acceptable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Enthusiasm for learning and developing HR skills.
