Depot Gilang Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Cashier Clinic to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the cashiering operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail or hospitality, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage cashiering operations, including processing transactions, handling cash and electronic payments, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Train and supervise junior cashiers, ensuring they meet performance standards and understand company policies.,Monitor cash levels, ensuring adequate supplies and reporting any discrepancies to management.,Assist in inventory management, including stocking and restocking products.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cashier or retail role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with diverse teams.,Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other relevant software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Familiarity with inventory management and stock control procedures.,High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in cash handling or retail management a plus.
