📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the logistics industry, focusing on Chinese clients.
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that our logistics services are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the logistics industry.
• Prepare and present sales reports and other relevant documents to the management team.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the logistics industry and implement best practices in our operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, particularly in the logistics industry.
• Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Strong understanding of the logistics and transportation industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is a plus.
