📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees,Maintain and update employee records and files,Coordinate employee training and development programs,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution,Adhere to company policies and procedures,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis,Support the HR manager in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives,Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field,At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role,Strong understanding of HR practices and procedures,Detail-oriented and organized,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with HR software and tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in Indonesian and English
