We are looking for a professional who can help us maintain and improve our store operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Oversee daily store activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with the regional manager to implement company-wide initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and best practices.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other retail management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Ability to travel for business purposes as needed.
