📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare a wide variety of traditional Chinese dishes, including stir-fries, noodles, dumplings, and other authentic recipes.
• Assist the head chef in developing and perfecting new recipes to maintain the restaurant's menu variety.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained.
• Work efficiently during peak hours to meet customer demand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chinese chef or in a similar role.
• Proven ability to prepare authentic Chinese dishes with high quality and consistency.
• Strong knowledge of traditional Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Familiarity with kitchen management software, such as QuickBooks or similar tools.
