• Provide exceptional customer service to Korean-speaking customers of Signify WiZ.
• Use Zendesk and Salesforce to manage and track customer interactions.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all customer interactions.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in smart lighting technology.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Fluent in Korean, both spoken and written.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a technical or B2B environment.
• Experience with Zendesk and Salesforce is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• Understanding of smart lighting technology and products is a plus.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
