As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our local customers, handling a wide range of inquiries and issues. You will use our in-house CRM system to track customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Resolve customer issues and provide satisfactory solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Use CRM software to track customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Assist in the collection and verification of customer data.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote our products and services.
• Stay updated on company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Certification in customer service or a related field is a plus.
