Duta Oka Medical Center is looking for a dedicated IT Support professional to join our team in Bontang. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to staff and patients, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.,Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches.,Ensure the security and integrity of the hospital's IT systems and data.,Train and assist users with IT-related issues and new technologies.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth operation of the hospital's IT systems.,Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking principles.,Proficiency in using IT support tools and software, such as Help Desk software, remote access tools, and network monitoring tools.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with medical IT systems and healthcare regulations is a plus.,Valid IT certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) is a plus.
