📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems and networks,Provide technical support to employees,Install, configure, and update software and hardware,Monitor system performance and ensure data security,Assist in the implementation of new IT projects,Conduct regular system backups and data recovery,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies,Train and guide junior IT staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field,Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software,Proficiency in using IT tools and software,Good problem-solving and communication skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Familiarity with networking concepts and principles,Certifications in IT-related fields are a plus
