As a Junior Outlet Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the daily operations of our outlet, ensuring a positive customer experience and contributing to the overall success of the store.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.
  • Ensure a positive and welcoming customer experience, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, as well as stock levels and customer feedback.
  • Train and develop junior staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the regional and corporate teams to ensure consistency in brand standards and operations.
  • Participate in store improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the outlet.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Outlet Manager or Store Manager.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment, preferably in the electronics industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both customers and colleagues.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Must be fluent in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
