Moon Cloud Mandiri is looking for a Lead Inventory Staff to join our team in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our inventory processes to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management and a passion for continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate inventory records.,Oversee the procurement and distribution of inventory.,Implement and monitor inventory control systems.,Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations.,Work with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory levels meet demand.,Analyze inventory data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Develop and implement inventory management policies and procedures.,Train and mentor junior staff on inventory management best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management.,Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and software.,Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian business practices and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
