In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the facility, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve processes and workflows.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various processes.,Handle and resolve operational issues and challenges as they arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of operations staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
