• Develop and implement sales promotion strategies to increase product visibility and drive customer engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns that align with AceKid's brand values.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales promotion strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new sales promotion initiatives.
• Monitor and report on the performance of sales promotions, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
• Work closely with sales teams to ensure that promotional activities are effectively communicated and executed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales promotion and child nutrition.
• Assist in the development of training materials and programs for sales teams to enhance their understanding of AceKid's products and promotional strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales promotion, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the FMCG or child nutrition industry.
• Strong understanding of child nutrition and wellness trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
