📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, staff scheduling, and inventory management.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.,Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.,Recruit, train, and supervise a team of staff, including waiters, chefs, and support staff.,Implement and enforce health and safety regulations, as well as food handling and hygiene standards.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.,Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and profitability management.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, food handling, and hygiene standards.,Experience in marketing and promotional strategies, including social media and digital marketing.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.
