📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and training and development,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies,Manage employee benefits and compensation,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback,Handle employee grievances and conflicts,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and retention,Coordinate with management to ensure HR practices align with business goals,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Experience in a similar role in a healthcare or related industry is a plus
