In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and development programs to our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design and a passion for helping others grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs,Assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback,Create and maintain training materials and resources,Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with company goals,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Mentor and coach junior instructors to ensure consistent quality of training,Conduct training needs analysis and design appropriate training solutions,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience as an instructor or trainer,Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and practices,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficient in using training management systems and software,Familiarity with assessment and evaluation techniques,Ability to travel to different locations as needed
