Lead the recruitment process for IT positions, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and clients.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and culture.,Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to attract top talent.,Provide feedback and guidance to internal teams on best practices in IT recruitment.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.,Manage and track the recruitment pipeline to ensure timely hiring.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a remote or global setting.,Proven success in hiring for IT roles such as software engineers, data scientists, or project managers.,Strong understanding of the tech industry, including current trends and job market demands.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and clients.,Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS systems.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Certifications in IT recruitment or related fields are a plus.
