📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our employees and support our company's goals.,Create and deliver training materials, including presentations, manuals, and videos.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure that our training initiatives are aligned with our company's objectives.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them develop their skills and knowledge.,Stay up-to-date with the latest training trends and best practices.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
