📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement strategic financial and operational plans for BLUD entities.
- Oversee budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation to ensure fiscal efficiency.
- Lead and coordinate projects to enhance service delivery and community engagement.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of BLUD entities, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Foster collaboration with government officials, stakeholders, and community leaders to drive sustainable growth.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to inform strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies governing BLUD entities.
- Represent the agency at external meetings and events to promote its mission and vision.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Public Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in financial and operational planning, preferably in a government or public sector setting.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and project planning.
- Proven track record of leading and coordinating complex projects.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in using financial management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
