📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.,Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.,Monitor sales and inventory levels to optimize performance.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the restaurant.,Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role in the food service industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,High school diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree or higher preferred.,Previous experience with Domino's a plus.
