As a Bosun, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our vessels. Your daily tasks will include managing cargo operations, overseeing deck maintenance, and ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations. You will work closely with the Master, Chief Officer, and other deck crew members to maintain the vessel's safety and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage cargo operations, including loading, unloading, and stowage planning, using specialized software such as CargoWise or similar.
• Oversee deck maintenance and repairs, ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of cargo and deck equipment, using systems like SAP or similar.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the preparation of vessel for departure and arrival, including securing cargo and equipment.
• Provide training and supervision to junior deck crew members.
• Participate in emergency response drills and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of all cargo operations and deck maintenance activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Bosun on cargo or container vessels.
• Valid Bosun Certificate of Competency (COC) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in cargo operations and deck maintenance.
• Familiarity with cargo handling equipment and software such as CargoWise.
• Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and safety procedures.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
