📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop training programs that align with company objectives and employee development plans.
• Identify training needs through assessments, surveys, and performance evaluations.
• Create engaging learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and workshops.
• Implement and facilitate training sessions, both online and in-person.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using data analytics and feedback mechanisms.
• Collaborate with department heads to integrate training into business processes and workflows.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in corporate training and development.
• Provide ongoing support and resources to employees to ensure continuous learning and skill development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR training and development, with a focus on corporate learning.
• Certification in instructional design or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using SAP SuccessFactors, Microsoft Teams, and other e-learning platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
