📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic regional development plans aligned with national and provincial goals.
• Coordinate with various government agencies, stakeholders, and communities to ensure effective policy implementation.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of regional development initiatives to ensure they meet set targets.
• Conduct research and analysis to inform policy decisions and strategic planning.
• Represent the provincial government in regional and national forums to advocate for Bangka Belitung's interests.
• Manage and supervise a team of planners and development officers.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and best practices in regional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Regional Planning, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in regional planning and development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successful regional development projects.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in regional planning or a related field is a plus.
