📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop manufacturing equipment using CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure equipment meets industry standards and company specifications.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new equipment and modifications.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of manufacturing equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation in manufacturing processes.
• Prepare technical documentation, including drawings, manuals, and reports, for equipment and processes.
• Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians to ensure knowledge transfer and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on manufacturing equipment design and maintenance.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA) and familiarity with CAM software (Mastercam, SolidCAM, or similar).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including CNC machining, welding, and assembly.
• Experience with PLC programming and automation systems (Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000, or similar).
• Certification in quality management systems (ISO 9001) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
