📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily room inspections and cleaning to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Maintain and restock amenities in guest rooms, including towels, linens, and toiletries.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and use cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, mops, and brooms.
• Address and report any maintenance issues promptly to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Work efficiently and effectively to meet daily cleaning targets and deadlines.
• Uphold the hotel’s policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests and assisting with any requests.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and tools, including vacuum cleaners, mops, and brooms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet daily cleaning targets and deadlines.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting and carrying heavy items.
