Application Support Specialist - IT Production & Incident Management

Obs Technology Solutions Indonesia is seeking a skilled Application Support Specialist to join our team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch IT support, ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' systems. As an Application Support Specialist, you will be part of our IT Production & Incident Management team. Your daily tasks will include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to ensure minimal downtime. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to resolve incidents promptly and efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for IT applications and systems.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Document and maintain comprehensive incident reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions and improvements.
• Work with clients to understand their IT needs and provide tailored support.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 coverage.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are a plus.
• Proficiency in using IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
